We intend to install a track and trace system.
Our systems will use the shipment waybill as a unique identifier and create an online docket using the same. This docket will be used by clients and staff to track the progress of the package at different stages. I.e. parcel accepted, in transit, out for delivery, and delivered. The system will also send emails and or SMS to both consignor and consignee to alert them of the current status.
